This update includes some big improvements along with some more subtle fixes to issues some musicians with golden ears noticed:
* Proper support for 64bit hosts (VST&AU)
* Installer for Mac. Installs AU&VST. Universal Binary(32&64bit)
* On Windows separate dlls: audjoo_helix_32.dll & audjoo_helix_64.dll
* The shape-sliders do not cause drop-outs anymore (optimizations)
* The morphing sounds better with fast rhythmical morphs (think wobbles)
* Imported wave is pure with all sliders off (try import pure-sine)
* support "corrupt" wave-files (exported from wave-designer)
* nicer trial-mode-experience (support saving, nag screen comes up a bit later)
I dropped support for Power-PC Macs in this release
* Bug-fix: Some filters could freak out with very high cutoff-frequency
* 100+ new cycles included (for wave-type oscillator)
* New and improved re-sampling algorithm for the rompler
* Slightly quicker startup time
* LFO free-phase, to feel more analog
* More Global LFOs
* Global LFO can retrigger each time a new key is pressed
* Step-sequencer can start at a new step with each key-press
* Chorus stereo-flip
* New modulation destination (shaper-postgain)
* Bugfix when saving patches on mac: properly ask before overwriting
* Reverb dry-level
* Support tuning in sfz-files
* A bunch of new presets
* Support for "zen" preset manager
* Mac-installer caused problems on snowleopard. Reverting to simpler archives. (vst and AU in same archive)
* Bugfix in popup-menu, now supports big number of of userwaves and samples
* CC-D Midi-learn now works
* 2-Band Global Dist support wide-band operation (put cutoff frequency at max)
* Bug fix, (introduced 2009-09-08) no more "click" attacks with exotic filter modes
* Minor optimization for phaser
* Helix is now an Audio Unit
* Simpler to use installer package on Mac
* Fix bug when hosted by Cubase 5 (on PC)
* Smooth filter tweaking with mouse or automation
