These updates provide minor fixes and add VST3 support.

Include a fix to the previously available graphics display issue on Mac OS X 10.8.

Version 1.9 features the following changes:

* Smooth automation implemented.
* The "VST Function Sync" global switch was added that fixes crashes in some hosts (i.e. Tracktion).
* Parameter automation on AU Mac OS X now shows real parameter values.
* Preset "update" function implemented in the preset manager.
* "Density mode" implemented in level meters.
* The "No Multi-Channel Operation" global switch was added that fixes incompatibility with some non-VST2.3 compliant VST hosts.
* Oversampling filter type "Min-phase/Lin-phase" switch added.
* Global "Auto Oversampling Level" 1X (off) option added.
* Additional visual look variation settings added.

Plug-in initial loading time reduced.

* Automation parameters were remapped.
* Frequency and gain read-outs can be dragged for adjustments.
* "Radial" knob mode can be now disabled completely.
* "Off-Line Render" indication added.
* A/B switch visual appearance changed.
* WaveLab occasional crash fixed.
* Host sample rate switch-related problem fixed.
