Bypassed inputs only disables monitoring and not recording. The width of mixer meters resize with the zoom setting. Mixer faders can be adjusted with mouse wheel.

The overall UI button size and roundness can be adjusted. Mixer strip widths can be zoomed from 20% to 300%. Bounce enabling a track will add a bounce option button to the effect chain.

Time-stretching of note and curve sequence events on tracks.

Scanned plugins are stored in a global plugin database. Added device menu commands for updating projects with changes to audio/MIDI interfaces and plugin installations

# dded "export to sound file" command to the arrangement and sound editor file menus. An export dialog will appear with bit resolution and normalize settings. The arrangement export uses the bounced audio of the master track. An "export bounced audio to sound file" command is also available in the bounce submenu of each individual track.

# Added "move bounced audio to new track" command to the bounce menu. Removed the now redundant "hide bounce track lane" option.

# Reorganized the layout of the fader, meter and bounce track submenus.

# Removed the MIDI and bounce settings from the effect track properties dialog. The bounce settings are now exclusively managed with the track bounce submenu.

# Added "adjust tempo and stretch to align bar at cursor" command to the tempo lane right-click menu. This is useful if you have recorded a midi performance that has dynamic tempo changes. You can then use this command to edit tempo events and align the grid to your performance while keeping the original timing of the performance. The command complements the old "adjust tempo to align bar at cursor" command which is used for aligning the grid to an audio recording with dynamic tempo changes.

# Added marker region to all the sound editor profiles in the default setup.

# The sound editor now supports the Alt+M shortcut for inserting a marker at the cursor. The Q/W shortcuts will step between markers in the sound, in addition to the markers in the arrangement. When a marker is selected the cursor left/right keys can be used to select the previous or next marker.

# Updated the edit menu in the sound editor. The "select all" and "select all from cursor" commands will now select an audio segment instead of markers.

# Added "fade-in" and "fade-out" edit commands to the sound editor.

# Renamed the "clone phantom sequence" and "crop unique sequence" edit commands to "clone" and "crop". Added "clone and crop" command which will do both actions in one step.

# Moved the color picker from the track panel to the top of the inspector. Right-clicking the color picker shows a menu with "enable track color", "copy color" and "paste color". Added popup-help to the color picker.

# Removed the now redundant "enable track color" command from the track menu. Also removed the color option from the effect and parameter track dialogs.

# Updated the button layout in the piano roll, velocity and curve regions, to match the recent updates to the toolbar layout.

# Speed optimized the UI switching of editor profiles.

# Pressing F6 toggles the browser page.

# Fix: VST effects are no longer reset with "all notes off" MIDI messages. This avoids crashes occurring with IK Multimedia effect plugins.

# Fix: Popup help would sometimes remain open when switching editor profiles.

# The default setup includes a new set of arrangement editors: "Tracks", "Editor", "Mixer", "Big Transport". Switching between the profiles can be done with the new editor profile bar located above the transport. Use the "load default setup" setup menu command to get the new default layout.

# The embedded editor view menu now includes editor profiles that have a timeline ruler. Selecting a profile with its own timeline ruler will detach the timeline zooming from the arrangement editor. The embedded editor remembers if the last selected profile had its own timeline.

# Added "editor profile bar" element to the toolbar properties dialog. A toolbar that includes this element will show a row of buttons with the names of all compatible editors. Clicking an editor button will switch to that editor. Right-clicking a button shows a menu with "Customize", "Duplicate", "Delete", "Move Left" and "Move Right" commands.

# Each MIDI and audio input can be assigned to multiple tracks by dragging the input object and holding the control key when dropping on a track. It can also be copied by using the new "Assign/Copy To Track" popup menu command in the inspector input list.

# The "auto-assign to focus track" option is added to the track/input submenu. Previously it was only available in the track inspector.

# When a track has an auto-assigned input, the input is shown on the track header. Previously auto-assigned mappings were only shown in the track inspector and the mixer.

# New arrangements will by default have the "auto-assign to focus track" option enabled for the first MIDI input.

# The device, preset, param and input popup menus in the mixer are now identical to the corresponding submenus in the track menu.

# Removed the "track layout mode" combobox setting from the arrangement properties. Tracks are now always shown using the compact mode.

# Removed the "set up audio input and VSTi" option from the new arrangement dialog.

# Added "create project template" and "create arrangement" options to the project start page. Enabling arrangement creation will no longer pop up the new arrangement dialog, but instead use default settings and go directly to the arrangement editor.

# Selecting the "Microsoft GS" synthesizer in the MIDI input interfaces setup will pop up a warning about the potential conflict with the ASIO driver.

# Removed the "editor type" setting from the Editor Profile Properties dialog. The editor type is now automatically determined from the regions that are included in the profile.

# Fix: Drag and drop of a device mapping on a track now checks if the mapping is already assigned in the track effect chain. This eliminates the problem where accidentally dragging an effect mapping in the track header would create a duplicate instance.

# Fix: Switching editor profiles could cause some key shortcuts to be disabled.

# Redesigned the save progress dialog that appears when saving project and sound files. The progress bar indicates the total save progress of all files. Number of saved files is displayed at the bottom info line. The dialog has an Abort button.

# Speed optimized load times of large multichannel sound files.

# Podium is now built using the latest Microsoft VS v9 C++ compiler. All previous Podium releases were built using the trusty but aging VS v6. The new build should result in overall speed improvements.

# Fix: The Podium generic plugin editor did not update the parameter value display when the parameter was changed through MIDI control changes.

# Fix: The MIDI interface initialization could on rare occasions crash on startup.
