Music scanning
More than 12 years experience in recognition technologies have enabled Neuratron to design and create the formidable OmniScore engine, incredibly making PhotoScore over 99% accurate on most originals! PhotoScore meticulously picks out virtually every detail from a scanned page, BMP or TIFF file, and saves PhotoScore's own .OPT format as well as MusicXML files for use in every major music editing program. Ease-of-use has been a central design aim right from the start, and with automatic scanning and recognition, PhotoScore makes music scanning a breeze. PhotoScore Lite 4.2 will scan up to 12 staves per page and 20 pages per score. All symbols are recognized with the exception of tuplets/triplets, appoggiatura, cue-sized notes, slurs, hairpins, text, articulation marks, percussion staves, guitar tab and guitar chord diagrams/frames.
