Great simulation of the true synth! The same designer who designed the WASP also designed the OSCar. The WASP was a toyish little thing, yeah, but under the hood that baby was high tech for it's time. Perfect for bass and other mono stuff.

Long time ago I used to have the actual WASP synth, electronic dreamworks, plasticy cheap but wonderfully inspirational instrument. I spent weeks perfecting the best sounds, awsome bass lines and mental sqeeling leads. Then it broke. I submitted it for repair but alas never saw it again I thought it was all over... But now at last I can re-live those halcion days with this darling virtual pheonix of my waspy baby, thankyou whoever did this and thankyou for making it free. The spirit of the wasp buzzes on. Tweak her right and she'll sting for you.

This is not only for free,
this is for fun! it sounds great. at first a bit 'thinny', but you can work out some phat! basses and analog-like fx-sounds.
if you have this, you don't need novation, bassline and so on ...

Bon, j'ai le vrai à la maison, certains contrôles diffèrent, mais l'idée générale est là. On arrive à faire des choses assez proches sans difficultés. Par contre, il est beaucoup trop propre par rapport à l'EDP WASP, on n'a pas l'option de passer sur le haut-parleur interne comme sur le vrai (des NS10 c'est fidèle à côté du HP du WASP ;) en plus de la sortie normale, et le clavier marche, ce qui peut laisser des utilisateurs de WASP dubitatifs. Ceci dit un bon succédané pour ceux qui n'ont pas la bébète qui fait BZZZZZZZZZ…
