Console-Style Mix Bus Compression

The first Digidesign TDM plug-in optimized for the new Pro Tools|HD Accel PCI cards, the Impact compressor is the first of its kind to bring console-style mix bus compression to Pro Tools. Impact's clean and well-organized user interface emulates that of a classic mix bus compressor, featuring easy access to all the usual controls you'd expect, along with an animated gain reduction meter that displays simulated real-time ballistics.

Impact supports up to 192 kHz sample rates in all Pro Tools multi-channel formats – from mono to 7.1 surround – and also features a side chain input, allowing any audio track to be used as an external key.
